Every once in a while, I’m reluctant to leave a glowing review because I worry the person will become so busy that it’ll be harder for me to get an appointment in the future. But in this case, Steve Horn deserves every bit of the praise. Steve recently completed warranty work on our Brinkley Z 3100, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. On top of that, he’s genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet. If you’re looking for an RV technician who truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers, I can’t recommend Steve highly enough. Great job, Steve, and thank you so much!

I want to thank Steve for an exceptional, great job on working on my slide out. He is very professional. He showed up on time and was here for thirteen hours, and only charged me for 5 hours for what Forest River gives the mechanic to do the job. I really think Forest River should be adjusting the time on this job.

There’s nothing more convenient than having your RV serviced at your own house. Steve was very knowledgeable about all aspects of camper maintenance and repair. He was great with communication and very honest. Great for yearly service as well as any repairs you may need.

I just wanted to take the time to share my recent experience with Atlantic Mobile RV Repair, and to commend the exceptional customer service our family received. We traveled to NJ from VA in our RV to visit family. Our RV kitchen sink experienced a steady leak that we knew had to be repaired asap before getting back on the road that night to head to our final destination (NY). I found Atlantic Mobile RV Repair via Google. Steve answered my phone call, had me send pictures of the issue (attached below), and was gracious enough to come the SAME DAY to repair our sink. Steve went above and beyond by recommending the most cost effective and readily available bathroom fixture. He was even more so amazing to go to Home Depot on our behalf to buy the right replacement items. I was met with exceptional customer care; Not only did he fulfill my initial request (installing the new sink faucet), but Steve also spent time giving my husband and I some great RV repair suggestions, education, and very helpful tips for future reference. Steve was friendly and patient, while answering all my questions, and ensuring I felt confident about the service provided. It was clear Steve is/was knowledgeabl

Update 2026: Steve came out again to help us with our water heater and slide fault we were experiencing this time. He was out very quickly after we contacted him. So impressed. He was wonderful in addressing both issues as well as sharing knowledge with us. So appreciate him! Thanks again Steve! So happy with the service by Steve! We asked him to come out to reseal our new to us RV, a 32 ft Forest River Georgetown GT3 30X. He came to our home on time as promised, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to discuss and explain things as well that we had questions on eve beyond the reseal. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, with a great work ethic. What more can you ask for? We highly recommend him.
